Terence LeePrincipal

Terence Lee joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is a Principal based in Singapore focusing on investments in Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he spent more than a decade at KKR and was most recently a Managing Director in its Singapore office, where he led technology, media and telecommunications investments in Southeast Asia. Prior to KKR, he held roles at CVC Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. He has been involved with investments in or on the Boards of Voyager Innovations, PropertyGuru, Go-Jek, Emerald Media, Weststar Aviation Services, Masan Consumer, Matahari Department Store, Magnum Corporation, and Amtek Engineering (nka Interplex Holdings). Terence graduated with an MBA (high honors) from The University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and a BSc Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
