Debra Somers joined Warburg Pincus in 2019 and is focused on executive talent and recruiting best practices for U.S. based portfolio companies. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Debra was the Head of Career Development at the non-profit, Girls Who Invest, and the Program Director of Portfolio Recruiting at Vista Consulting Group, the operating arm of Vista Equity Partners, where she focused on building and scaling Vista’s portfolio recruiting function. She also spent several years in Equity Capital Markets at Credit Suisse before moving into a leadership role on the firm’s Recruiting team. Debra received a BS in Business Administration with a Finance major from Georgetown University.
