Dirk Wössner joins Warburg Pincus Deutschland in Berlin Jan 25, 2024
Berlin, January 25, 2024 –Dirk Wössner has joined Warburg Pincus Deutschland as a Senior Vice President. He will work closely alongside René Obermann and Max Fowinkel who have led the Berlin office since it was opened in 2018.
Before joining Warburg Pincus, Dirk Wössner was CEO of Compugroup Medical, one of Europe’s leading healthcare software providers. Before Compugroup Medical, he held various roles at Deutsche Telekom, most recently as CEO of its German business, and also worked with the Canadian telecommunications provider Rogers Communications. A chemist with a Ph.D. from Humboldt University in Berlin, he began his career at McKinsey.
