Warburg Pincus Recognized as ‘The Year’s Best Exit Performer In Private Equity’ in IVCA Awards 2022 Mar 28, 2022
MARCH 2022 -- Warburg Pincus was acknowledged as ‘The Year's Best Exit Performer In Private Equity’ in the 2022 IVCA PE-VC Awards hosted by the Indian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (IVCA). Now in its 11th year, the IVCA Conclave is India's premiere private equity and venture capital event.
Since inception, the IVCA PE-VC awards have aimed at bringing a larger community focus on the Indian PE-VC industry by acknowledging unique endeavours and achievements. This year the IVCA event was unique in its emphasis on diverse focus areas encapsulating ESG, more significant fund allocations in India and India’s path to energy transition.
The award recognizes successful exits implemented by Warburg Pincus in 2021 including Embassy Industrial Parks, Clean Max Energy, MedPlus Health Services, Encora Digital, Bharti Telemedia Limited [Airtel DTH], Gangavaram Port Limited and Kalyan Jewellers India Limited through full and partial exits.
