Shea Kelly is based in San Francisco, joined Warburg Pincus in 2022, and is a Managing Director in the Value Creation group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Shea was Chief People Officer at Sumo Logic where she stewarded the global talent agenda from early stage to high growth, through to the Company’s public offering. Shea drives global strategic talent initiatives that are tightly aligned to business strategy and the corresponding capabilities required to accelerate success. Previously, she held executive leadership positions at Juniper Networks, Hewlett-Packard, Nextag, Actelion Pharmaceuticals, and Yodlee. She holds an MS in Organizational Psychology from Purdue University.
