Jonathan LuAssociate

Jonathan Lu is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is an Associate in the Strategic Investments group (“SIG”), focusing on the firm’s late-stage technology and tech-enabled services investments. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Jonathan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is actively involved with the firm’s investments in Defi Solutions and Sagent Lending Technologies. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics.
