REISS, based in London, UK, is a global affordable luxury apparel brand, producing and selling high-quality, classic and contemporary men's and women's clothing and accessories. The company currently operates from over 160 locations in 15 countries through a network of owned stores, concession partners, and franchised operations, whilst also growing strongly through its own and partner online platforms. Warburg Pincus acquired a majority stake in Reiss in May 2016 with David Reiss, the founder retaining a minority stake. The partnership with Warburg Pincus will enable Reiss to expand further both in the UK and internationally, particularly in North America, Asia and Australia.
